Classification of Chemical Compounds: Survey & Technique:

                                   Analysis of Classification chemical compound is one of the important aspects of Data mining in Bioinformatics.  In this paper analysis various technique of classification methods in Data mining. In this area many of Researchers are employ a novel approach to the task which promises an elegant and efficient way of solving the problems .this classification methods used in the large set of chemical compound set. To discriminate the chemical compound values, graph based mining, sub-structure based mining, and pattern mining’s are used to find out the different threshold values, from that value. Then able to find the classification of particular chemical compounds in the large set of data base. In my proposed survey & technique is use full to the feature classification   chemical compounds and also deal with new technique.
